Main purpuse of the role : Create quality standards manual, specifications, inspection tools, inspection methods during development phase. And handover to key stakeholder to ensure consistent product quality in Mass production scale.

Key accountabilities

Operation Management :

• Create a quality Manual & acceptance criteria and quality document related. And communication quality acceptance guidelines with stakeholder.
• Create a inspection tools, specifications and requirements for the manufacturing of new products.
• Create a comprehensive plan and user interface for quality acceptance standard and tools, ensuring it aligns with requirement.
• Handover the guidelines for the quality acceptance standard, tooling specification package or materials related, ensuring clarity on inspection method, tool functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor, track, and summarize document approval and register in the document control system (EQMS system) and ensure the material readiness for mass production.
• Training and share technical support to to key stakeholder for using the inspection tools. And ensure that operators understand how to properly use the tools and interpret inspection results accurately.

KPI :

• Handover an accurate quality package on timelines.
• Intrigrate and refine acceptance criteria to meet evolving needs.
• Handover an effective inspection tools, specifications, and requirements on timelines.
• Continuously improving tools to enhance user satisfaction levels.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Education background : Education at least a Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Jewelry, or related field Or Such as Project management field for Tooling readiness 
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product development or Quality management.
3. Working experiences in trainer or facilitator in jewelry manufacturing is advantage.
4. Working experiences in Product development or tooling design is advantage
5. Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
6. Engineering Drawing reading and Have 2D/3D CAD background
7. Have a Project management skill
8. Ability to identify, analytical, options evaluation and driving the solutions
9. Problems can be resolved timely, and guidelines prevent repeated problems.
10. Have multifunctional skill, and proactive person
11. Have a good leadership skill
12. Personality : Dare to be a communicator. And dare to escalation to other people.
13. Language skill : Very Good English communication skill
14. Computer skill : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Very good presentation. 2D/3D Cad is optional.
